FOLLOW-UP ON USING TECHNOLOGY

Last week there was a LiveWorks Newsletter on using technology to service our fans better.  https://liveworksnews.wordpress.com/2009/01/07/use-technology-to-serve-fans/  The letter pointed out how a group of eye doctors were making their patients lives easier through the use of their website, online questionnaires, and email.  As a follow-up, please see below.  If you aren’t doing at least what Dr. Richlin and his team are doing, you should re-think your online strategy.
